Here is a selection of special equipment and accessories for our MANKAR-Roll units. A full list can be obtained on request.
Special equipment that can only be ordered in conjunction with a new unit
Guards brackets for spray hoods
Guard brackets are practical, for example, if the terrain has many hard obstacles, like large stones. The guard brackets provide extra protection for the spray hoods.
Select function
If the spraying process has to be interrupted frequently or you only want to treat specific spots within a large area, the Select function makes work easier. For each atomiser, there is an on/off switch directly on the steering wheel, which controls the flow of herbicide. Examples of such applications can be found in the municipal sector, e.g. if gravel paths in cemeteries need to be treated and asphalt roads often need to be crossed in doing so, or on large gravelled car parks, which only show signs of weed growth in places.
In units without the Select function, the flow of herbicide can be interrupted by turning off the tap on the herbicide tank.
Accessories
3-litre tank (art. no. 104280)
The 3-litre tank for MANKAR-Roll units is available as special equipment for newly ordered MANKAR-Roll models and as an accessory for existing Roll-models. It is practical above all for the use of herbicide mixtures on large areas. When using a 3-litre tank we also recommend fitting a brush.
Mud flap / brush set (art. no. 103994)
A mud flap or brush set for removing dirt from the tyre is available as special equipment for newly ordered MANKAR-Roll models as well as an accessory for existing Roll-models. The mud flap is recommended especially when using the 3-litre tank, as it prevents the wheel from becoming clogged with clumps of soil when the ground is damp.
Extension arm set
Anyone wanting to use a MANKAR-Roll unit for full-surface treatment and/or treatment below e.g. branches can retrofit the unit with an extension arm set.
Complete replacement spray hoods
Anyone wanting to use a MANKAR-Roll model, e.g. with extremely narrow and extremely wide spray widths, can purchase additional complete spray hoods, which can be changed over quickly and easily.
Brush set for spray hoods
For some applications, additional shielding may be desired in order to be sure that drift will not occur, even in strong wind conditions. For this, brushes are offered as auxiliary equipment for spray hoods.
Inverter (art. no. 102520)
A power connection for recharging MANKAR® batteries may not be available at all times or at all locations. Using an auxiliary inverter module, the charging device delivered with the unit can also be powered via a car cigarette lighter. Other charging devices (e.g. mobile telephone) can also be connected.
